Hazardous Waste Operations
and Emergency Response
According to OSHA 29 CFR
1910.120, all employees exposed to hazardous
substances, health hazards, or safety hazards who
have received the minimum [pre-requisite] 24-hr or 40-hr Hazardous Waste
Operations and Emergency Response training are
required to receive an annual eight hour update in
order to comply with federal law.
